Título: PERSONNOW: aplicativo para gerenciar exercícios e avaliações físicas

Abstract:
This paper contains the information gathering, researches, specification, development and
application’s developed operationality in order to manage exercises and physical assessments,
entitled PersonNow. This paper's main goal is to develop the mobile application to assist the
personal trainer in the exercise of his profession and raise awareness about the importance of
professional monitoring in the practice of physical exercises, necessary to guarantee the correct
execution of the movement, posture and eventual individualities of the student. For the
development in the back end, Microsoft's .NET 6 framework was used together with the C
Sharp programming language (C#) and MySQL database to provide data exchange interfaces
for all the application's functions. The application was developed using the Flutter framework
together with the Dart programming language, applying Material Design concepts in the
implementation of user interfaces. Information was collected by searching the literature on
health, physical exercise, professional monitoring, physical assessment, User-centered design
and prototyping. User-centered design was used to involve the user in the prototyping of
interfaces, helping to identify the needs and requirements of the application. The Relationship
of M3C with User Requirements and Usability and Communicability Assessment in groupware
(RURUCAg) method was used to confirm whether the objectives were met, analyze and
evaluate the usability, communicability and user experience of the developed interfaces and
their functionalities. With the results obtained through the evaluation, it was possible to identify
that the objectives of the work were achieved, in addition to identifying points for improvement
and extensions.
