Abstract:
This Final Paper presents the specification, development and operability of a collaborative web
system for project management, entitled Conban. The main objective is to offer a collaborative
web solution for improving the time control of activities within a system project management,
based on agile practices - such as the Kanban methodology. The system was developed using
the client-server architecture. On the client side, JavaScript was used for specific treatments
through libraries, HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS),
using the bootstrap framework for developing the interface with user. On the server side, the
Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) language and the MySQL database were used. The gathering of
information and the understanding of the system for the developing process occurred through
research on collaborative systems, usability of interfaces and improvement of time control
developed with agile practices. The method used to validate the achievement or not of success
in the proposed objectives was the Relationship of M3C with User Requirements and Usability
and Communicability Assessment in groupware (RURUCAg), which made it possible perform
a usability and communicability assessment, relating Nilsen heuristics, the Model 3C (M3C) of
Collaboration and communicability expressions with the system functionalities. From the result
of the evaluation performed out with eleven users, it was found that the objectives of the work
were achieved and the points of improvement and possible extensions were identified.
