| American football is a complex sport. The analysis of positive and negative aspects of a team in order to build a game plan is challenging, since the coach has the possibility of using several plays during the matches, which will certainly influence the success of his team in a season. In spite of the growth of the sport in Brazil, the support structure of teams is still limited. In this context, the goal of this project was to develop a solution to collect performance data of american football players providing a tool to assist coaches in Brazil. The tool allows registering players, seasons, squads, matches, plays and their events, as well as providing statistical graphs on the collected data. It was validated by putting the database of one season of NFL (National Football League) in it. |
