Título: ANDAÊ: FERRAMENTA COLABORATIVA PARA MONITORAMENTO E GEOLOCALIZAÇÃO DE PROBLEMAS SOCIAIS E URBANOS
 
Abstract:
This research presents the specification, development and operationalization of a collaborative application that has the objective of mapping social and urban problems in a city, through monitoring and geolocation. The application promotes the sharing of information about urban occurrences amongst citizens who live in this local environment, as well as the collaboration and interaction between these users. The application was developed using the JavaScript programming language and the non relational database MongoDB. The tool was published in an server on the Internet, just as the application was also available in the store of the Android operating system. Through a survey of usability it was possible to verify the efficiency of the application and to foment possible future updates. The results obtained were satisfactory and showed that the users of the evaluation considered the application useful and practical, in addition to accomplishing its primary objectives. The participants also pointed that they would use the application with frequency in the future, revealing that the application had fulfilled the objectives of ensuring security and comfort in its use.
