On hospitals, specially in the hospitalization units, it is necessary to generate a schedule to doctors and nurses work shift. This is a complex task because involves various restrictions as worker’s laws and patient nursing hours that follows the Patient Classification System (SCP) and Nursing Federal Council (COFEN). Due its complexity this problem is simplified with web applications. This work has as main purpose develop a web application using genetic algorithms on schedule generation. The developed system allows the parameterization of the hospitalization unit patients, so that it is possible to calculate the required number of daily professionals for nursing duty, based on COFEN Resolution No. 0527/2016.Another interesting point is the possibility of parameterization of Genetic Algorithm’s aspects, in order to allow a broader analysis of which configuration is more efficient when generating the schedules grid. As result, the work shift generation got more fast and simple. |
