| Abstract: |
One of the key drivers of globalization is the expansion of the international market of
products, whether in the form of raw materials or manufactured products. In this scenario
there are the exports of Brazilian furniture industry. This type of trade involves several stages,
from negotiation, sale, international logistics, to the delivery. To assist the companies
operating in the international furniture trade, this project presents the development of a system
to enable the user to track and manage the processes involved since the initial negotiation of
each sale up to the delivery of the goods to the final customer. Specially designed to buying
agents in international trade, where the main parties are the importers (customers), exporters
(suppliers) and freight forwarders, the system allows you to manage the data for each of them.
Along with the registration of the products of each supplier, the system allows you to create
and monitor the evolution of the purchase orders. The system has been developed for the web
environment making use of Java programming language and MySQL data base management
system. As a result, a multi-user system to control purchase orders and main involved parties
was obtained. |
