| With the constant evolution and changes that are happening today in accelerated motion, to stay on the market companies have to adapt, becoming more common to adopt “agile" strategies. The software providers of solutions also have to follow this acceleration, providing subsidies to the needs of customers quickly and efficiently. To enable this, it is increasingly common to use agile methodologies for building software in order to streamline the process and increase productivity. Besides building, the maintaining of existing systems requires this same agility, because at this stage the system already directly affects the customers business. In order to improve the productivity of maintaining of the framework of the company Senior Sistemas S/A was modified the process, by applying some concepts of agile methodologies. This work has created one solution in order to provide for the needs of this process towards greater efficiency, productivity and visibility. For this, a web application has been developed, which enables the monitoring of activities, using of the Scrum sprints to improve communication and deliveries and the Kanban for monitoring. The results of this study allowed the use of agile concepts without much impact to the team, improving communication and providing visibility of the progress of activities. |
