| This paper aims to present the implementation of a mobile application for users to assemble workouts bodybuilding workouts. The application allows the user to register the workouts and see them regardless of where it is found, whether in academia who attends, or in parks and other academies that offer the devices to perform the registered training exercises. For application development on the Android platform and the SQLite database for persisting data was used. |
