| The controlling of manufacturated products in the textile companies is a determining factor to the success, considering it represents an important part of the company. Accordingly, it is necessary to have a system to help controlling the products that can be produced by the factory, as well as, the expenses and timing also. The company Lunedi Malhas Confecções has created more than 3500 different samples in 23 years. Those samples were developed without any kind of controlling or system to guide them to control the manufacturated products. The goal of this task is to develop a system for the factsheets automation of the products that have been created, in other words, put together in one unique document all the steps and material used during the processes of criation and development of the product. Also, from this system, it is possible to estimate the cost and time for the completion of the production process. Commiting to this process the company won’t demand time looking for which materials were used in a determined product, it decreases the waste of raw material caused by shopping in excess and it also reduces the chances of mistakes during the production for lack of operation specifications.
