This paper presents a management system that aims to automate processes for organizing a company of commercial representation. The system enables the sales representative to get an appointment fast and accurate customer information, notes and tasks registered. The system generates report and export to other systems, such as Word and Excel. Was developed with the help of a code generator and using PHP as programming language. For data persistence, we used MySQL with Apache to perform access. The system achieved expected, allowing the sales representative to gain agility and organization of information in their daily chores.
