This paper presents a framework for data replication with the use of symmetric cryptography and the concept of push notification mobile platform Android. Using the framework in creating mobile applications developer has the ability to replicate data between a database SQLite Android device and a remote server. The direction of replication and the symmetric encryption key can be configured according to application needs. The use of the push notification data is available on the framework developed for the server, with the initial aim to alert the mobile device to any updates. Using this technology, the device does not need to order the server several times looking for updates, and it would cost to much processing and battery of the device.
