| The main objective of the department of Planning and Production Control (PPC) within an industry is the timely delivery of merchandise that was purchased by the customer. This paper presents the development of software for allocating orders Dyeing, which is one of the areas with the greatest number of restrictions within the production process of a textile company. Technique was used for Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP) that is operated in the area of Artificial Intelligence since 1970 and is now found in several programs in the industrial área. Through the tests it was concluded that the use of artificial intelligence algorithms through the CSP is a viable solution to the allocation problems in dyeing machines. |
