This work presents the development and deployment of an information system for managing a medical clinic. This system provide the records and registered patients but also the entire gride of consultations, returns and examinations, through a web application, it facilitates the management for doctors, secretary and their patients. The system allows the patient to mark your query through the Web or return it to create a link between the increased patient and the clinic, decreasing the amount of withdrawal.
