| This work conclusion of course has as objective the development of Information Systems, more specifically a Transaction Processing Systems (TPS), that assists in the process of sale of property, allowing greater control and agility in the negotiations. The main focus is to make possible the storage and consultation of information in an only environment (system), in organized way and easy access. For the development of the applicatory, the Genexus tool was used, with generators of Visual Basic code and .NET, and still data base Microsoft Data Engine (MSDE). |
