| Frequently, the systems implantation is complex and involves many uncertain factors. The reach of defined schedule and budget by supplying software companies has been a critical point in the software implantation projects. Some causes for this has been studied, among them can be noted the imperfection of time project estimation. With the analyses developed by study, we search to improve the quality of the service given for the supplying software company, in the measure where they facilitate in the elaboration of estimates of hours in implantation projects. To reach this objective, the present work has for purpose to elaborate an established standardized process in the PMBOK and norms of the ISO to elaborate estimates based on metric function points, in projects of software implantation. As the high cost of the activities of measurement it demands the support of automatized tools, also the specification and implementation of a tool for this end are part of this work |
