A faithful, complete and continuous digital recording of the performance that will be presented, both in relation to the cast and the staging, with possible movement/change of camera and zoom. Important: The technical settings of the recording that will be transmitted must meet the following requirements: H.264 (video .mp4 format), High bit rate. Basic video configuration: 1,920 x 1,080 frames 29.97qps; Audio: AAC 48000 Hz Stereo. This submitted recording is the one that will be displayed during the Festival; the Curatorial Committee will take into account the image and audio qualities for the selection.
Digital photographs of the inscribed show in high resolution.
Schedule, brochure, etc (in digital form) of the performance.
Director's, teacher's and consultant's CV's (if relevant).
Mise en scene project pleading, creative process, synopsis and technical files.
A complete copy of the text presented, joined by an authorization of the author or his legal representative for the production, and a full copy from the original text (If the play is an adaptation).
Document of the Direction of the Institute of Teaching, according to the 2º article included in the official rules.

Important: To fill up these application doesn't enable your Company to participate in the Internacional Festival of University Theater of Blumenau. The Judging Committee from the Fitub will selection the plays to be presented (that must be sent with all of the items demanded in this application form, according to the rules of the festival). The Company takes responsibility for the informations given in this request, any not trustworthy material sent, could lead to disqualification.
