Título: E-Team: Sistema colaborativo para formação de grupo de jogos multiplayer
 
Abstract:
This work demonstrates the research regarding the development, specification and how to
operate a collaborative application to manage an event generator for online games with several
players, called E-Team. The main objective of this work is the development of a mobile
application that allows the clan management and the management of group activities in a
collaborative way, enabling collaboration between users. Coordination is present with the
creation of a clan of players selected by a user, with the entry and exit of players being the
responsibility of the group manager. Cooperation is identified when the user has the possibility
of joining the events and carrying out the evaluation of other players who participated in the
same event. Communication is evidenced in the chat conversations of each clan, in the
visualization of all the evaluations made by the players and in the visualization of all the events
that the user is included. In the development of the application's front-end, the Dart
programming language was used together with the Flutter framework and the Material Design
reference to create the icons and navigation interface. In the back-end of the application, the
Firestore Database platform was used, which is a Not Only Structured Query Language
(NoSQL) database server hosted in the cloud, with which the FireBase Authentication service
was used to manage users. The information was taken from the literature seeking knowledge
about online games and how the groups that use them behave for team management. In addition,
to ensure that the objectives of the work were achieved and to analyze the user experience,
usability and communicability, the Relationship of M3C with User Requirements and Usability
and Communicability Assessment in groupware (RURUCAg) Method was used. With the
survey of the data obtained with the evaluation research, it was possible to visualize that the
objectives were reached and points of improvement for future versions of the application.
